|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Tarps- Tarps ship most of its tarps via UPS from three warehouse locations in the USA Florida, California and New York.We do not ship to PO box addresses
We endeavour to dispatch your item to you as soon as possilble. In stock items ship within 48 business hours of purchase. Most items ship at least within 1-2 business days. We make every effort to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Business days are Monday to Friday. If you need an item by a certain date, please ask or use our fast shipping options via UPS.
Address Correction Charges
Incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house #, wrong zip, missing apartment #, etc) will incur a $6.00 charge for ground packages and $15.00 charge for air packages if correction is made after packages have been shipped. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.
This fee is charged to us by UPS for incorrect addresses and will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with. If you feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your understanding.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package. For questions about tracking, please contact us at tarps-tarps.com and include your name and order number.
|Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 1-2 business days.|
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your name & order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges For orders made from within the United States sales tax is exempt however all Florida residents are to pay 6% Sales Tax. Our business is operated from Naples, Florida however we also have warehouses located in CA, OH & NY.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.|
|Guarantee We guarantee our tarps to be free from manufacturing defects are the time of purchase. TARPS TARPS promises to replace the defective tarp due to manufacturing defects within forteen (14) days of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, wind, snow, fire, misuse or any act of God, nor does this limited warranty cover damage resulting from the tarp not having been securely fastened down nor from improper installation. TARPS TARPS makes no other warranty and the remedy of replacement is the exclusive remedy. TARPS TARPS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the tarp, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use. |
As part of our return procedure, images of the defected item in question will need to be emailed. This is required and without this, we are unable to replace the item.

|Returns Policy Due to our large volume of orders it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 1-12 hours; however, we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. There will be a $12 charge for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment. If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us immediately. Orders will be cancelled if items have not been shipped. If items have been shipped, you must follow our standard return procedures. Please see the returns section for further details on returning your product. If you refuse delivery, we will refund the item cost minus any associated shipping and restocking fees.
